Meet the Istrabook team, a team of experienced employees available at all times.

Your Host

Our story began quite by chance. At that time, Tina was taking care of a villa – welcoming guests, handling check-ins, maintaining the property, and paying attention to every detail. During the COVID period, when she did not yet have her own agency and the villa was cooperating with a local agency, reservations were suddenly being cancelled and the season was highly uncertain.

At that moment, Tina decided to try on her own – without a system, without modern technology, and without professional support. She advertised the villa on Facebook and, step by step, managed to fill the available dates and ultimately save the season.

From that spontaneously started challenge, today’s story was born. Two years later, her son Claudio joined her. In the beginning, he was responsible exclusively for photographing the villas, but over time he expanded his role to creating high-quality descriptions and professional marketing, elevating the presentation of the properties to a higher level.

Today, Tina responds to all guest inquiries, manages the complete communication, and oversees the realization of bookings. Both are native German speakers and are available to guests before arrival as well as throughout their entire stay, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally.

Today, they proudly manage bookings for more than 140 villas and over 100 apartments during the summer months. In addition to organizing holidays, we are also happy to assist the same guests if they decide to invest in Istria or build their own property, thanks to our quality contacts, local experience, and the knowledge we have built over the years.
