PAYMENT METHOD

For a deposit of 20%, please choose between the following payment methods: Credit card payments: Master Card, Visa, Maestro and Discovery cards are accepted. (payable when booking) Bank transfers are accepted. (due within 3 days – additional conditions also apply) To pay the remaining 80%, please choose between the following payment methods: Credit card payment: Master Card, Visa and Maestro are accepted. (Due 30 days prior to arrival) Bank transfers are accepted. (Due 30 days prior to arrival) Cash on arrival (due on arrival – not possible for some properties. You have to make the payment within a few days so that we can receive it within 3 working days. If we do not have your deposit after this time, we will contact you and possibly cancel your booking. Bank transfers are not possible if your arrival date falls within 30 days or even earlier. We would like to point out that if you have chosen to pay the balance of 80% in cash upon arrival, you are not entitled to travel cancellation insurance and your deposit cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation. All prices include VAT and tourist taxes for all members of your society. PAYMENT WITH A FOREIGN CREDIT CARD The amount with which the foreign credit cards are charged is in euros (EUR). If your credit card account is not in euros, your credit card company will convert it to euros. This conversion can result in small deviations between the price shown on our website and the amount that was actually charged to your credit card. Istrabook cannot be held responsible for exchange rate differences and fees of other banking institutions. 

Step 4 CONFIRMATION As soon as the online payment has been carried out, you will receive the payment confirmation and booking confirmation to your email address.

CANCELLATION RULES   If you want to cancel your payment, you must contact us in writing at info@istrabook.com and explain your reasons for cancellation. 

For cancellations up to (incl.) 60 days before the planned arrival -0% of the total amount. 

For cancellations up to (incl.) 30 days before the planned arrival -70% of the total amount.

 For cancellations up to (incl.) 29 days before the planned arrival -100% of the total amount.

All payments will be made in Croatian currency. The amount for which your credit card bill will be charged is obtained by converting the price in euros into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. While charging your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency according to the credit card association’s exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference from the original price listed on our website.

WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the buyer and merchant with secure registration and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses SSL-certified 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when writing and transmitting data.
