Istrabook is a local travel agency owned by Ferien Adriatic d.o.o., specializing in renting quality private villas with swimming pools. We work directly with the villa owners to ensure our clients the best service and value. Our mission is to ensure our guests a completely relaxing vacation. We check all properties personally, take our own photos and provide our clients with correct information about the location and the villas. The villas are under contract with Istrabook and all have the permits issued by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia. Our employees in property management, Tina Haid and Claudio Jurak, who speak German as their mother tongue, are your contact persons and can also be reached on site at any time in your holiday destination.

Terms of Use – Rules and Instructions

After choosing your villa, select your dates and length of stay on the booking calendar. You will only be able to choose the available periods shown in white on the booking calendar. Check your entry and click on “Book”.

Step 1

Check your selection and click on BOOK.

Step 2

Enter your personal contact details and the number of adults and children in your party.

If you have young children in your party, cots and high chairs will be provided, if available, up to the amount specified in the villa description. Only on request.

If the property is marked as pet friendly, you will also be able to select the number of pets. The pet cleaning fee is automatically added to the displayed total. The fee depends on the individual villa and can range from 0 to 100 euros per week.

Here you can also add a message if you have any wishes, requirements or further questions.

Step 3

Check all the details of your booking here and select the payment method.

In order to guarantee your booking, we require a 30% deposit.

The property damage deposit is payable in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit amount.


For a deposit of 30%, please choose between the following payment methods:

Credit card payment: Master Card, Visa, Maestro and Discovery cards are accepted. (due at time of booking)

Bank transfers are accepted. (due within 3 days – additional terms apply)

To pay the balance of 70%, please choose between the following payment methods:

Credit card payment: Master Card, Visa and Maestro are accepted. (Due 30 days prior to arrival)

Bank transfers are accepted. (Due 30 days prior to arrival)

Cash on arrival (due on arrival – not possible for some properties)

We would like to point out that if you make the deposit with your credit card, your booking will be secured immediately and you will receive a booking confirmation on the website and to your email.

If you have chosen to pay the deposit via bank transfer, you will receive an email with all the details of your booking and instructions on how to proceed. In order to complete the booking you must follow the instructions in the email and confirm your booking. You will then receive the payment details. You must make the payment within a few days so that we receive it within 3 working days. If we are still missing your deposit after this time, we will contact you and possibly cancel your booking. Bank transfers are not possible if your arrival date falls in 30 days or even earlier.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and tourist tax for all members of your tour group.
