The two identical twin villas (back to back) can be rented separately or together, with both villas being self-sufficient accommodation with which you only share the fence.

Villa Elite 2 is a modern villa in Pula near the sea with a private pool. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests in four bedrooms. It is a semi-detached house sharing a wall with its sister villa Elite 1. Both villas, Elite 1 and Elite 2, share a fully enclosed garden, yet each villa is a self-contained holiday h...ome with its own pool, terrace, and two parking spaces. Elite 1 is located in the front part of the property.The garden features a private pool and sun loungers. Take advantage of this and cool off in the pool during the day, then relax on the loungers. Enjoy the sun for the perfect tan with a refreshing drink in hand. Use the garden barbecue to prepare fantastic meals to enjoy with family and friends in the covered outdoor dining area.The pool can be heated outside the main season for an additional charge.Behind the house, there is a children's playground shaded during the day, where your children can play carefree. The villa has a spacious, bright, and airy ground floor with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. An additional bathroom is also available here. Super Unterkunft für große Gruppen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Wir waren mit 14 Personen zu Gast bei Tina und waren mehr als zufrieden. Vor Ort wurden wir von einer, ich glaube, Angestellten von Tina in Empfang genommen, welche uns auch Tipps für Unternehmungen in Pula gegeben hat. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und angenehm. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich.
