Villa NOOR is an elegant stone holiday home located in Kaštelir near Poreč, Istria, combining Mediterranean character with modern comfort. On the ground floor there is a modern living area and kitchen, along with three bedrooms equipped with double beds, air conditioning, TV, and private bathrooms. The first floor hosts a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom and a view of the living area, where a sofa bed is available for two additional guests. Guests also have access to two separate WCs and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.The outdoor area is designed as a private oasis of peace. The 32 m² swimming pool with sun loungers offers a beautiful sea view, while the landscaped lawn, greenery, and olive trees create a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere. Our stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional, and we owe the entire experience above all to the owner, who handled all communication personally from the very beginning - promptly, professionally, and with great kindness. Even before our arrival, we could count on immediate responses and genuine assistance. The vil...la looks just like it does in the photos - if not even better. It’s finished to a high standard, using natural materials and with attention to the smallest detail. It’s clear that the owners put a tremendous amount of work and heart into this place.We felt right at home from the very first moment. The house was also spotlessly clean. The pool overlooks the sea. The garden is well-kept and pleasant, and the pool is regularly maintained by the owner. At the same time, our privacy was fully respected, which we greatly appreciate. We also want to emphasize how exceptionally well cared for our dog was, despite having numerous health issues. The villa has perfect tiles, so he didn’t slip or fall. Additionally, when we couldn't find a specific type of meat for him, the owner immediately sourced it for us. This gesture touched us deeply. Having stayed in many high standard and luxury villas before, we have a good point of comparison. Here, the bar was raised very high by the owner’s dedication, friendliness, respect, and impeccable manners. This is our first fully deserved 10-star rating. Thank you!Read more

Wir hatten einen wirklich großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Alles war sehr sauber, modern ausgestattet und sowohl innen als auch außen einfach beeindruckend. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und perfekt zum Entspannen. Es ist alles eingezäunt, somit muss man sich keine Sorgen machen wenn man mit kleineren Kindern... Urlaub macht. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Villa ideal, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war unkompliziert und schnell. Schon beim Empfang haben wir uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt und innerhalb kürzester Zeit wie zu Hause. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Villa sehr empfehlen!Read more
