Villa Matuzi is a brand-new villa featuring understated elegance and modern design, located in a quiet and private area of Loborika. The spacious and bright interior includes a luxurious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is almost entirely barrier-free and can accommodate up to 6 gu...ests.The property offers three bedrooms with double beds and three modern bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TVs, while an authentic Istrian tavern (konoba) adds a special touch to the overall atmosphere.The outdoor area features a large covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and dining table, perfect for relaxed gatherings in the open air. Guests can enjoy table tennis, small football goals, and a children’s playground with slides, making the villa an excellent choice for families with children.A private heated saltwater pool with a separate jacuzzi, along with an estate covering an impressive 15,000 m², provides ideal conditions for relaxation, walks, and recreation. Es war alles wunderbar keine Probleme gehabt, alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und haben bei Fragen schnell geantwortet, sie waren auch sehr nett. Es war bestimmt nicht das letzte mal in dieser schönen Villa. Waren mit einer Gruppe jüngeren dort was für die Vermieter auch kein Problem d...arstellte.Read more

Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Villa war blitzeblank. Blumen, Wein und leckere Wurst und Käseplatte als Willkommensgruß. Jeder Wunsch wird erfragt und sofort erfüllt. Samanta ist einfach ein Engel. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal
