This beautiful Villa Ajlin is located in a quiet area near the sea and just a few minutes from the tourist town of Medulin. The location of this holiday home allows for relaxation but also offers various activities such as jet skiing, diving, paragliding, and much more.The villa has four well-equipped bedrooms and can ...accommodate up to 8 people. The stylishly decorated ground floor consists of a living room and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cozy bedroom with its own bathroom. A staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor, where there are three more comfortable and beautifully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms and TVs. All bedrooms have double beds and direct access to their own balconies, providing an additional private spot to enjoy the beautiful sea view.If you want to spend your vacation in the sun, you will find a refreshing pool in front of the villa, perfect for warm sunny days. If you prefer swimming in the sea, the nearest beach in the bay is just 100 m from the villa. Mukalba Beach is 300 m away, and Medulin Beach is about 1.5 km. The villa also features an outdoor kitchen behind the house, perfect for preparing meals in the open air, and a ping pong table for fun with family and friends. Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr zu empfehlen. Es war nur leider schon etwas abgewohnt und Kleinigkeiten defekt, die ohne viel Aufwand behoben werden können. Das was sofort zu reparieren war, wurde erledigt. Wir haben leider den kleinen Privatstrand nicht gefunden, der sollte vllt. mit einer Wegbeschre...ibung gekennzeichnet werden. Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.Read more

Das Haus ist sauber ,groß genug wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Tina hat uns gut betreut .Wir waren sehr zufrieden !

Die Villa entspricht zu 100% den Bildern. Die Ausstattung ist absolut perfekt für einen Urlaub. Die Aufteilung der vier Schlafräume und der restlichen Räume des Hauses ist toll. Der Pool, wie auch die Terasse und der komplette Aussenbereich sind wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Für die Villa geben wir 5 Sterne. Leider is...t die direkte Lage der Villa absolut katastrophal. Keine befestigten Straßen oder Gehwege, Schotter in allen Größen, Staub ohne Ende und an 6 Tagen Bausstellenlärm in unmittelbarer Nähe. In 5-10 Jahren ist dieses Areal bestimmt wunderschön. Der Meerzugang ist ein Abenteuerpfad, den man suchen muss und der Kiesstrand eher ein Ort, an dem eine Menge Müll, kaputte Boote und kein Charme vorhanden sind. In unmittelbarer Umgebung (ca. 1-2 km) gibt es alles an Supermärkten, die man braucht und Medulin (ca. 3 km ) hat einen schönen Strand und tolle Restaurants.Read more
