Beautiful villa for sole use with private pool and jacuzzi.

Located in the corner of a large, carefully maintained property, which is equipped with 9 luxury villas, the Villa Lotus 13D is located in the resort. The location is great, only 3 km to the city of Pula, 5 km to the first beach, 400m. to the restaurant and 500m. to the supermarket.The Villa Lotus represent...s the perfect combination of minimalist furnishings and modern luxurious living. With 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed, the air-conditioned villa sleeps 10 in total. On the open plan ground floor is the beautiful living room which is connected to the state of the art kitchen and dining area.The ground floor opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool. Excellent house with all amenities. Other houses around so not isolated. Close to Pula.

Everything. The villa is amazing and it was totally worth it for us. The supermarkets were close to us and there were also a few restaurants nearby.
